The frequency 2.0 offers an abundance of adjustability allowing for complete comfort for any player. The clavicle straps are adjustable and removable. The bicep pads are adjustable and removable. The velcro straps along the chest allow players to adjust the tension. True has really done an excellent job designing these pads. The pads are a bit stiff off the shelf, but after a practice or two, they will break in and fit perfectly to your body. Overall, these pads are awesome; highly recommend for any beginners to advanced players.
