Thank you to everyone who came out for our preseason training last year.  The coaches and I had a blast and were really impressed with everyone's progression throughout the sessions. Your efforts allowed us to keep things fast paced and begin to dive into some of the finer details of the game, and most importantly have more fun!

 

Field availability for this year was a headache. Maidu had a few wacky times available, so we had to move it to Folsom.  We are running one less session this year.  But  the overall hours will be nearly the same.  For each grade grouping we will have two 1.5 hour practices and two 2 hour practices.

 

We will be running the same style of fast paced practices that will focus on skills development followed by live reps!  And again this year to show our goalie love, we will have a goalie coach at every practice!
