Q.What are the shipping options? 

A. We offer to ship from USPS, UPS and FedEx

Q. How is shipping priced?

A. Shipping price is calculated by the carriers and varies by arrival time, distance to our store and sometimes weight of an item. We offer an $8.99 flat rate shipping option on most orders between $19.99 and $89.99. And we offer free shipping on most orders over $89.99. Exceptions apply for orders that include oversized or overweight items. 

Stringing questions:

Q. What is custom stringing? 

A. Our experienced staff is able to string any women's or men's lacrosse heads with your choice of mesh and strings. All of our custom strung heads will feature a pocket designed specifically for that head by our lead stringer, Mikie Schlosser of the PLL Waterdogs. 

Q. Can I drop off my current head to be strung? 

A. Yes, we can string anyone's head. 

Q. What is the turnaround time for string jobs? 

A. Typically we can get them done within 48 hours. A rush service is available for an extra $15 per head (when available)

Q. What type of gear is right for me? 

A. Lacrosse gear is all about personal preference, our friendly and knowledgeable staff can walk you through what we have to offer, based on your needs, and we promise to not upsell. If you are not near our store we offer Shop By Zoom appointments where one of our team members can virtually size your player over video chat and go through available options with you.

Returns questions: 

Q. What is the return/exchange policy? 

A. Returns and exchanges can be processed up to 60 days from the purchase. We require all items to be in the original packaging and unused. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees. 

Q: What is the Warranty policy?

A:Each manufacturer has designated their warranty period on each of their products. Warranty claims for broken or defective products should be made with the manufacturers directly. Instructions can be found on each manufacturer's website.
