A. Shipping price is calculated by the carriers and varies by arrival time, distance to our store and sometimes weight of an item.
Q. What is custom stringing?
A. Our experienced staff is able to string any women's or men's lacrosse heads with your choice of mesh and strings.
Q. Can I drop off my current head to be strung?
A. Yes, we can string anyone's head.
Q. What is the turnaround time for string jobs?
A. 48 hours. A rush service is available for an extra $15 per head (when available)
Q. What type of gear is right for me?
A. Lacrosse gear is all about personal preference, our friendly and knowledgeable staff can walk you through what we have to offer, based on your needs, and we promise to not upsell.

Q. What is the return/exchange policy?
A. Returns and exchanges can be processed up to 60 days from the purchase. We require all items to be in the original packaging and unused. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees.
