At Lacrosse Fanatic we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Exchanges or Returns of unused products may be made within 60 days of the date of purchase.

For return of unwanted items:

• The item must be unused and still in its original packaging.
• Our customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. 
• Simply package up your unused product and ship it back to us:

• Please include your name, phone number and if possible the order number in the package. 
• Once we receive your return we will process a refund which will take approximately 3-5 days to post to your account (based on your bank's policy). 

For defective or incorrect items:

• The item must be unused and still in its original packaging.
• For best results give our store a call at 916-363-8700 or email: retail@lacrossefanatic.com and we will address the issue immediately. 
• In most cases we will provide a shipping label for you to return the unused item to us. 
• We will promptly send out a replacement item or issue a refund as agreed upon in our communication with you.

• The Warranty details and requirements vary by product and manufacturer.
• Warranty terms also vary by product and manufacturer and range from 30 days to six months.
