Lacrosse/Fitness Training Sessions
Lacrosse Fanatic is excited to open registration for our Lacrosse/Fitness Training Sessions.
Utilizing our new innovative fitness area, players will work with our coaches to boost speed, agility, strength and balance. Sessions will also include drills in our turf training area designed to increase stick skills and knowledge of offensive movement and defensive positioning. Gain the skills and knowledge to help shake an defender, or corral that pesky attackman.
Co-developed with pro lacrosse player Mikie Schlosser (PLL Waterdogs) these sessions are designed to give new players the jump start they need to be successful, while also taking an experienced player’s game to the next level. Training in small groups (no more than 10) allows for a great player/coach ratio. Our coaches have designed the training program around each age group and skill level to ensure healthy individual progression. Working with our team of coaches and different workout types offers players the opportunity to learn new skills at every session.
- U10-U12: Fridays 4:30-6:00 and Sundays 11:00-12:30
- U12-U14: Thursdays 4:30-6:00 and Saturdays 2:30-4:00
- High School: Mondays 4:30-6:00 and Saturdays 11:00-12:30
- U12-14: Tuesdays 4:30-6:00
- High School: Wednesdays 4:30-6:00
Fee: $40 per session. (Save $5 per session when you book 5 or more.)
